Before becoming a coach, I spent a decade teaching martial arts to hundreds of students, instilling confidence & leadership skills that transcended the studio. This experience, combined with a brief stint as an adventure guide and moving to a foreign country to start my own business, taught me the transformative power of breaking past self-doubt.
I’ve had my fair share of great mentors, and I’ve had plenty of energy draining teachers too. I know what it’s like to trust someone with your dreams and to have them shut down.
